For this particular project, we took on the challenge of developing robust digital learning ecosystems. Our task was to conceptualize a platform that could deliver comprehensive data visualizations, streamlining student management, identifying risks, and enabling long-term tracking. From crafting a versatile marketplace for students to explore and enroll in various programs to creating personalized dashboards for educators, our goal was to provide a user-friendly experience for multiple stakeholders within each business hierarchy.

At the same time, we implemented a scalable design system to support visual customization, allowing each client to maintain their own corporate identity while utilizing a third-party tool. Extensive user research played a pivotal role, involving around 250 interviews to effectively understand and address user pain points. The outcome? A consistent, easy-to-navigate user experience seamlessly integrated across a vast network of portals and apps.
